Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

All orders will have tracking number, once we ship your order you will receive the tracking number to your account's email. Please check your spam folder since it may be filtered there.

Please allow more time for processing for larger orders or complicated items that need more preparation.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
Some order may be shipped in multiple boxes. Sometimes only the Master Tracking will be uploaded. This tracking number can be used with the carrier to track all of the multiple packages in that shipment.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
 
  • Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status.
  • Check the tracking number to see if all packages in that shipment has been delivered. Order that is shipped in multiple boxes or packages, may be delivered at different time.
  • Each shipment should have the final invoice inside, if you cannot find it, please print it or check it on your order. If the item is not on the final invoice or if the "QTY" is "0", that means that the item is out of stock, not ordered, or not shipped.
  • Otherwise, please send us an email and we will reply as soon as possible. If we do not reply back, please call us by phone.
My product is missing parts.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
