Shipping Policy

We ship most orders within 1-2 business days or as noted on a products detail page. Please allow more times for larger orders or during peak season.

All orders are shipped UPS Ground.

Orders shipped using our standard ground shipping methods will normally be received within 1-5 business days.

If you prefer other shipping carrier such as UPS, DHL, USPS, etc. please write a note in the order comments section.

If you have an UPS account and would like to bill the shipping charges to you account, please write a note in the order comments section with your UPS account number and also your zip code associated with your UPS account. This "bill the receiver" function will only be available after your first order (i.e. not available to first time customers). By using this function, you agree to accept and pay the shipping charges to UPS. In the event of non-payment to UPS and UPS bill or charges us for that shipment, you agree to repay the shipping charges us.

All orders are shipped directly for our warehouses in (Doral) Miami, FL 33178.

Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico:
We can ship via USPS Priority Mail Service. Processing time is 1-2 business days and transit time may vary from 1-3 business days.

An email with tracking information will be sent as soon as the order ships. You may also find the tracking number on your account in this site.

Orders may be received complete in the same box or may be received in different boxes. If more than one box is sent, UPS may deliver at different times.

Local Customers can select Store Pickup as the shipping option and the order can be picked up from our warehouse at Miami (Doral), Florida 33178. Please write a note in the order comments section telling us when you will be coming to pickup your order so we can have it ready for you. You may also call to confirm. This is for WHOLESALE (BUSINESS Customers) ONLY. Minimum order still applies, all retail orders will be cancelled.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and these charges are approximate. Actual shipping costs will be determined once the order is ready to ship.

Please specify if the address is a business or residential address accurately. Residential addresses must be marked as Residential. Do not mark "business address" if the address is residential; even if it is a home-based business, it would still be classified as residential in the eyes of the carriers. Inaccurate information may delay your order processing, it may be cancelled completely, or may have shipping cost adjustment.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges including Refused Shipments and fees from inaccurate shipping information.
Restocking fees will apply for any cancelled orders that has been prepared for shipping or for local pickup.
